- Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to departure: Supplier administrative fee applies.
- Cancellations received 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total land package cost is non-refundable.
- Cancellations received within 14 days of departure: 100% non-refundable.
### Non-Refundable Components
Flight tickets, visa application fees, event/expo tickets, and non-refundable peak season hotel reservations follow airline and hotel vendor rules and cannot be refunded once ticketed.
